Payment, shipping and returns



Payment can only be made on our website via the payment modules provided there.

The validity of the payment will be confirmed or not after verification with the issuing bank. If the payment is confirmed, the debit will be made according to the terms and conditions agreed with the bank that issued the card. The ordered product(s) remain(s) the property of the vendor until full payment has been made.

The discount code, gift card or other vouchers can never be exchanged for money.


Delivery, Collection and shipping

All goods and services will be delivered to the address you provide when placing your order. In case that the address you provide is incorrect, you will be responsible and additional charges may apply. Therefore, the vendor takes no responsibility for errors made by the consumer when placing the order (on the website) and which may result in delivery delays or wrong deliveries.

Risks are transferred to you with the actual delivery of the product to the address you have provided. From that moment on, we will not take any responsibility in the event of loss or damage of the product.

The products will be delivered, as far as possible, within 1 to 8 working days after order confirmation. We will inform you of the delivery time during the ordering process, even before payment. In case that we are unable to deliver within this period, we will inform you as soon as possible. A possible delay will in no case lead to compensation.

The vendor delivers products in Belgium and other EU member states.

The vendor is not responsible for any taxes and customs duties incurred in case of international shipping.

The vendor will execute accepted orders promptly, but at the latest within 30 days, unless a different delivery period has been agreed. In the exceptional case that we will not be able to deliver the order within 30 days after order confirmation, the consumer will have the right to cancel the purchase contract by contacting our customer service. The ordered products will be fully refunded within 30 days (including shipping costs, in case you have paid them).

If the vendor cannot fulfil their obligations under the contract due to force majeure or any other exceptional circumstances, such as fire, strike, natural disaster, etc., the vendor may postpone their delivery obligation until delivery is possible. The vendor will immediately inform the consumer in case of an invocation of force majeure. If the circumstance will last more than 1 month beyond the stated delivery period, the vendor as well as the consumer have the right to cancel the contract without any claims for compensation.

You must satisfy yourself that the products are suitable for your needs and meet your expectations. We do not guarantee that the products will meet your individual requirements. The products are standard products and not custom-made products. If you have any queries, please contact our customer service.

We reject any responsibility for indirect damages caused by delayed delivery or failure to deliver by the supplier. In this case, the liability is limited to the value of the items that are proved not to have been received by the costumer.

Right of return

The item can be returned to the company within 14 days in exchange for another item or a voucher. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
